| Q: What
exactly does MP3 stands for and how does it
work? |

A: MP3
stands for MPEG 1, layer 3. MPEG is the
acronym for Moving Picture Experts Group.
Not only does it offer fantastic sound quality,
it also serves as a portable storage device.
Simply plug the player into the USB port
of your PC and Windows will recognize it
as a USB mass storage device. No cables
or software are required. Drag and drop
MP3/WMA tracks or data files into the player
and plug in your headphones and you're ready
to go!
Except for Windows 98/98SE. Drivers are

Q: The
prompt "No Files" appear on my
MP3 player after downloading my WMA files
to the player or, My WMA files do not playback
within the
MP3 Player. |

A: The
MP3 players will only play back MP3 and
non-protected WMA files. If you have downloaded
WMA files into your MP3 player but are unable
to play them, they are most likely digitally
protected within Windows Media Player based
on DRM (Digital Rights Management). |

operating systems are the MP3 players compatible
with? |

A: The
MP3 players are compatible with Windows
98SE (Second Edition), Windows Me, Windows
2000, Windows XP, Mac OS 9.2, and Mac OS
10.2 and higher. The MP3 players cannot
be used with Windows NT (NT does not support/recognize
USB based devices), Window 95, or Windows
98 original version.
To check the version of Windows you are
running, go into My Computer/Control Panel/System

| Q: Why
can't I upload my MP3/WMA files from my Mp3
player? |

A: Due
to copyright protection laws that apply
towards our technology, media files(MP3/
WMA files) cannot be uploaded from an MP3
player to a PC. But you can upload the MP3/WMA
files by Windows explore. |

LCD display "Error, Reformat Media"
after turning on MP3 player? |

A: If
you format the MP3 player by windows formatting
tools, it will show "Error, Reformat
Media" now you must reformat it by
manager formatting tools in the MP3 player
manager. |

buttons are not workable. |
| A: Check
to see if the"Hold" button is
on and release the Hold button. |

| Q: No
sound could be heard while playing MP3 files. |
| A: Check
to see if the volume is too low and turn
it up.

Check to see if there
is any music file in the memory. |

I can't download music files after connection. |
| A: Check
to see if Manager Software is setup.
Check the removable

songs show the playback time not continuous |
| A: Now
some MP3 or WMA files use VBR format to
compress, so the player can not show the
playback time normally. You can try to compress
again by selecting normal ratting. |

turning on the MP3 player, why does the LCD
display show nothing? |
| A: Please
check if your battery is installed correctly
or needs a replacement. You can also try
to reinstall your battery again to solve
the problem. |
