If My3ia's product proves defective within the ONE (1) YEAR warranty period My3ia USA, Inc. will repair or replace (at My3ia's sole discretion) the defective product. Said product must be first returned, with your sales receipt, to the retailer of purchase. If the retailer does not honor the 1 year warranty period contact My3ia USA, Inc. customer service for repair or replacement options. The transportation cost to the service depot is the responsibility of the owner. The transportation back to the consumer is the responsibility of My3ia USA, Inc.

This warranty does not apply to any My3ia USA, Inc. product that is used for commercial, rental, or individual purposes, is damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, improper line voltage, water, lighting, or any acts of God. This warranty is void if product is altered, modified, or if any parts or service covered by this warranty are furnished by anyone other than My3ia USA, Inc. or one of its independent Authorized warranty Stations. This warranty does not cover cartons, carrying case, batteries, cosmetic parts, broken or marred cabinets, magnetic tapes, compact discs, or any other accessories used in connection with the product or consequential damages due to a defect in the product.

All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. This is the complete warranty My3ia USA, Inc. and no other expressed warranty is valid against My3ia USA, Inc. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, any you may have other rights, which may vary from state to state (province to province).
